Green-Buildings’ team of accredited green building professionals performed a benchmark analysis of the ITC Steam Temperature Control System against Green-Buildings’ proprietary Green Building Accepted Environment Principles Process™ and determined that the ITC Steam Temperature Control System will:

ITC is the Number One ABCS Again!
 Independent Temperature Control (ITC) is pleased to announce that we have been ranked the #1 ABCS (Authorized Building Controls Specialist) for Johnson Controls in North America for the year 2008. This is the third time that ITC has been ranked # 1 and consistently finished in the top 5 since the program originated 15 years ago.
Based in College Point, New York, Independent Temperature Control Services, Inc. (ITC) specializes in providing and installing automatic temperature control systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
The company’s projects range from buildings as small as 10,000 square feet to more than a million square feet of high rise construction. As a turnkey temperature control contractor, ITC is active in the retrofit, energy management and service markets. In 1984, ITC became the exclusive authorized licensee for Robertshaw Controls in the New York metropolitan area.
